I just brought my car in for service. The Service advisor Leeann took care of me. She is professional, friendly, and understanding. While my car was being serviced she provided a loaner, and continued to keep me in the loop as the worked progressed. This level of service doesn’t happen very often any more. Outstanding example of what good Customer Service is all about.

Buying a car in this environment is not easy, but the team at Goldstein made the process as painless as possible. My salesperson, Kason, could not have been more responsive and transparent. He went above and beyond to take our order via phone and his team even BEAT the prices we had been quoted from other Subaru dealerships in the area... when we had a significant issue with our current car his team made sure we could get into a brand new Outback ASAP. Purchase could not have been easier, and I was in/out in under an hour. Buying a car can be daunting - pressure, underhanded sales tactics, and, oftentimes, outright dishonesty. The team at Goldstein turns this all on its head to make buying a car an incredible, easy experience. If you're in the market to buy I'd suggest Goldstein.
